Master's in Architecture, Univ. of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Architecture Work experience :

Gained Qualifications to take rigorous 4 day california architecture license exam, successfuly passed and became licensed Architect.

Currently maintain Architecture license and can practice in the state of California.

Worked as design Architect and project manager for Architecture offices.

Real Estate career :

Obtained Real estate salesperson license.

Started Real Estate career in a small real estate firm in Los Angeles.

Joined Re/Max Westchester office.

Obtained Real Estate Broker license.

Worked for 10 years at Re/Max westchester and every year grew professionaly and in number of sales production.

During 10 years at Re/max won several awards and was consistantly placed in top 10% of Re/Max agents nationally.

Professional designations : ABR (certified buyers rep) and CRS (Certified residential specialist, top 2%).

Received Life time achievement award and Re/Max Hall of fame award.

Upon 10 year anniversary quit Re/Max and joined The Real estate consultants westchester to take my career to the next level.
 

Real Estate Business owner career :

Started own firm in 2005 : The Real Estate Consultants Westside Inc.

Being a broker did residential loans thru a JV arrangement with Skyline funding.

Current responsibilities as broker include one on one mentoring , troubleshooting agent's Transactions, goal setting, recruiting & training of new agents.

Running and managing the business. constantly growing and business model evaluation of the practice.

Investment Real Estate broker and investor.

Since 1999 I have bought and sold investment Real Estate.

Past 5 years I have diversified into commercial and investment Real Estate to position myself for rapidly changing real estate scene and have been representing clients in this arena as well.

Real Estate property management experience for past several years.

I have very wide range of hands on experience in Architecture, construction, project management, Real Estate sales, Property management, loan origination, Investment & commercial real estate, Business strategies and Wealth building & retirement planning thru real estate.

I am uniquely qualified to put my wide experience in developing business ventures in all these related fields of Architecture, construction, Real Estate sales, financing and Investments.

Slowly I intend to be a wealth building advisor to my select clients and build business partnerships and real estate joint ownerships.
